Testleri biten vagonun bir sonraki aşaması sertifikasyonudur. Bu aşamada No-Bo (notified body) vagonun analiz sonuçlarını ve test sonuçlarını inceler . Ayrıca TSI 2013 321 – 2015 07 standardın da belirtilen maddeleri vagonun karşılayıp karşılamadığına bakılır . Bu maddelere istinaden dokümantasyon hazırlanıp bu maddeleri karşıladığı tarafımızca belirtilir .Bu maddeler şöyledir ;
